Session 1: Core Leadership Skills: AC21 - Inclusive Leadership 101
As professionals, we must be intentional about our individual efforts towards growth and development.That’s because those who are improving, help others to improve also---or in other words, “Better people, better People.”That’s Inclusive Leadership 101. Learning Objectives: Simple, budget friendly ways to improve inclusion with the "ALL-IN" method. Tools to increase stakeholder equity -- regardless of orientation/background/ethnicity -- with the 5C's approach. Five strategies to equip our team members with the environment conducive to just inclusivity with the "Capacity Builders" model.

Session 2: Fundamentals of Leadership and Management - Networking 101
Learn how you can educate and prepare to succeed in a career in management and home in on your leadership development.  The Riordan Programs provide a pathway for underrepresented students to excel in business and leadership, and its MBA Fellows Program targets recent college graduates who are considering graduate education in business management. Fellows attend sessions at UCLA that include various activities and services, expanding their network and building their leadership skills and community service profile.


Session 3: 
Developing your Leadership Skills with DISC
Everyone you encounter is motivated differently, communicates differently, and views tasks and relationships differently. This Team Communication webinar introduces participants to the DISC communication styles. Being aware of these styles and how to effectively communicate with each one, will help you achieve greater success when you learn to value your strengths as well as those of others. Takeaways: During this webinar attendees will explore ways to:

1. Apply the Law of Awareness to recognize your strengths and limitations. 2. Understand how others are different and unique and how to work with each communication style. 3. How to build a strong team that communicates, appreciates the style of others, and works well together. Target Audience: Anyone who wants to become a better communicator, connector, and team member.
